John Butler’s first solo album, ‘One Small Step’, has been dedicated to Close The Gap, an Australia-wide campaign to narrow the 17 year life gap between Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islanders and other Australians.
One dollar from the sale of every ‘One Small Step’ CD will be donated to Close The Gap.
John Butler said, ‘It’s a great pleasure to be collaborating with Oxfam and others to continue to bring attention to the CLOSE THE GAP campaign.’
A long time supporter of Close The Gap, John Butler will help spread the word further, with Oxfam stalls present at shows on the forthcoming ‘Union Of Soul’ national tour.
Oxfam Australia’s Executive Director, Andrew Hewett thanked John Butler for his continued support of Close The Gap.
