    Whistleblowing

Oxfam Australia is committed to the highest standards of conduct in all its activities. We are committed to supporting a culture of honest and lawful behaviour, compliance and good corporate governance.

We encourage the reporting of any instances of suspected unethical, illegal, fraudulent or undesirable conduct involving Oxfam or our partners. Our Whistleblower Policy protects those who lodge a complaint or grievance, so you can do so without fear of intimidation, disadvantage or reprisal. You can remain anonymous if you wish, and you don’t need to have evidence to report a concern. We will treat the information you give us confidentially.

Oxfam Australia’s Whistleblower Policy document outlines our process for handling whistleblowing complaints.

If you need to report a matter involving Oxfam Australia senior management, please email the Company Secretary at governance@oxfam.org.au.
